T71/1606: letter from Raymond & Hill dated 21/08/1834 about the claim of Mr Peter Cherry of No. 11 John St, Berkely Sq, assignee of £300 a portion of a mortgage for £2000 charged on Williamsfield. Assignment by Selina Innes, late of Park Place, Regents Park, dated 01/02/1835 [sic]. Selina Innes however had died in 1827.
