T71/1066: affidavit signed by George Worrall magistrate for county of Gloucester: Deborah Margaret Osborn the wife of Thomas Osborn of St Vincent appeared and being examined separate and apart from her said husband did declare that of her own free will she did consent and agree that the compensation money... should be paid over to her said husband.'
