Wood Nelson and  Benjamin Adam, of Savage Gardens, London, assignees of a mortgage and bond for £4823, and (in a separate counterclaim) of a mortgage debt declared due by a Report of Master in Chancery, dated 02/05/1818, for £8736 sterling.
