Evan Bailie & Co. shown in the Bristol P.O. Directory 1838 was presumably a continuation of Evan Baillie & Sons, as was Baillie, Ames & Baillie apparently separately.

English clergyman, resident in Jamaica from 1827 but returning to England with his Jamaican-born wife and children six years later.
