The contract of partnership of William Tod, Thomas Cheap, William Collow and John Henderson expired 30/04/1782 and the partnership, trading as William Tod & Co., was dissolved.
John Henderson and Archibald Neilson of Mitre Court trading under the firm of Tod and Co. were declared bankrupt in 1810.
