Partnership subsisting between Brice Pearse the elder, John Pearse, Brice Pearse the younger, Christopher Pearse and Charles John Pearse carrying on business of Army Clothiers and Blackwell-Hall-Factors in Moorgate Street and Hanover Street, Long Acre Westminster under the firm of John and Brice Pearse and Company was dissolved 31/12 last [i.e. 1838] so far as regards the aforesaid John Pearse and Christopher Pearse.
