Biography

Son of David Milner of Kingston, Jamaica.

  1. Married Barbara Slater 3 August 1793 at Walton on the Hill Lancashire; buried at St Marylebone aged 58 on 23/07/1819.

  2. Will of Thomas Wheeler Milner of Wimpole Street Cavendish Square proved 04/08/1819. Under the will he left two-eighths of the net income of Wheelerfield to his wife, one-eighth to his eldest son Wheeler and the remaining five-eighths to his other children, share and share alike, but only for the life of his wife. On her death the estate passed to Wheeler Milner: the other children were encouraged to lay aside the cash during their period of entitlement, and also received shares of Milner's residual personal estate. his second son Thomas Henry Milner was his executor.
