  1. Will of William Buchan [of Churchill in St Thomas-in-the-East but at present residing in the burgh] of Stirling Stirlingshire [made in 1840] proved 30/09/1853. He left his housekeeper Jane Maclean an annuity of £150 p.a. and an additional annuity of £30 p.a. for his daughter Sarah Harrison Buchan. His residuary legatees were his children, Edward and Barnard and daughter Sarah Harrison.
