Counterclaimed for the compensation on the New Prospect estate in St Vincent with Albert D'Alton on behalf of themselves and the infant children of Robert Stratton for the balance of purchase money with interest thereon amounting to £12,000.

  1. In 1851 Robert Stratton aged 72, Staff surgeon army half pay, born Aberdeen Scotland, was living at Dibden Lodge with his sons George and Freeman.

  2. Will of Robert Stratton late of Hythe Southampton proved 10/05/1862 by Rev. Freeman Richard Stratton of Romsey, effects resworn at £16,000 in 1866.
