Biography

Attorney to Thomas Tarleton on Mount Pleasant and manager for some of the enslaved and renter of the others on Grand Ance, both in Grenada, in 1817. Almost certainly the same man as Matthew Davies the claimant on several small awards in Grenada in the 1830s.
