Sister of Thomas Parkes Howell [q.v.]. Late of the Island of Jamaica but of Marylebone when she signed her will in early 1822. Of Upper Berkeley Street on her burial record, age 55, 25/05/1823.

Various small bequests. Manumissions. All residue to Marrianne Lady Douglas. My brother Thomas Parkes Howell to be executor.

Signed 22/01/1822. Codicil 20/02/1822 - clothes to be sent to Mrs Anna Newsome to deliver them to my slave or ex-slave Frances Young for her own use.

Proved in London by Marrianne Lady Douglas, the legatee to be administered by Abraham Watson Rutherford, the executor having died in the lifetime of the testator.
