Biography

Owner of Isle Rondo estate in Carriacou, Grenada, in 1817. Some at least of the enslaved people appear to have been sold to Fournilliers Bacolet between c. 1820. John McConnel has not yet been traced by LBS: a 'John McConnell of Monmouth' appeared as a guarantor for George Baillie in the 1790s.
