Owner of Alscott estate in St Elizabeth, Jamaica. Died between 1817 and 1819. After his death, Alscott passed to Mary McKnight and thence to Mary Morrison Laing.
Supervisor of the Workhouse in St Elizabeth in 1802 and 1808. Married Mary Morrison at St Elizabeth, 29/03/1798. His marriage appears in the parish registers under the heading "Marriages of persons not both white".
