Of Mulgrave Castle, Whitby, England, 1817-1820.

  1. Sister of Dr John Woofe (q.v.). Baptised 21/01/1754 in Easington, Yorkshire, daughter of Rev. Joseph Woofe, sometime rector of Howden.

  2. Married Stephen Sharp 08/02/1775 in York. She was age 21 and he was 23. They had five children baptised in Scarborough, Yorkshire: Stephen (1776), Elizabeth Woofe (1777), Maria (1779), Sally (1783) and John Woofe (1786).

  3. Her husband may be the Stephen Sharp, late of Scarborough, master mariner, deceased, intestate, whose creditors were requested to send an account of their respective demands, and the nature of their securities (if any) to Mr Robert Bosman, administrator of the personal estate of the deceased, or to Mr McGeorge, attorney at law, in Scarborough, in March 1787.
