Biography

Son and co-heir of Edward Pennant of Jamaica (d. 1736). Living in Lawrence St Ayotts, Hertfordshire, when his brother Samuel Pennant wrote his will in 1749, and of Grantham Lincolnshire when he made his own will in 1769.

  1. Will of Henry Pennant of Grantham Lincolnshire proved 02/06/1772. After monetary legacies to friends and family, including £1500 to his nephew Richard Pennant and an annuity to his sister Mrs Sarah Rodon of £60 p.a. currency out of his estates in Clarendon Jamaica, he left his property to his brother John Pennant (q.v).
