'Twice widowed' planter met by Lady Nugent in 1802 at Monymusk; Lady Nugent said that Mrs Sympson had an estate of 'ten to twelve thousand a year.' Shown as of Great Britain in 1798. Probably the widow of John Sympson (q.v.) but otherwise not further traced.
