Biography

Resident slave-owner in Jamaica, probably father of Christiana Sophia Dixon (q.v.), Elizabeth Mary Hall (q.v.) and Charles William Hall (q.v.). He was receiver of the Pantrepant estate in conflict with John Tharp IV between 1785 and 1791.

Charles Hall contributed £10 to the University of Pennsylvania following Dr John Morgan's fundraising tour of the West Indies in 1772-1773.
