Gub. Copen. Clark of St Elizabeth, planter. Estate probated in Jamaica in 1770. Slave-ownership at probate: 45 of whom 28 were listed as male and 17 as female. 15 were listed as boys, girls or children. Total value of estate at probate: £2729.17 Jamaican currency of which £2490 currency was the value of enslaved people. Estate valuation included £0 currency cash, £1.38 currency debts and £7.9 currency plate.

The enslaved people in St Elizabeth were hired out by his executor 1773-1782.
