  1. John Harding of Hanover, planter. Estate probated in Jamaica in 1728. Slave-ownership at probate: 152 of whom 106 were listed as male and 46 as female. 71 were listed as boys, girls or children. Total value of estate at probate: £4722.46 Jamaican currency of which £3798 currency was the value of enslaved people. Estate valuation included £0 currency cash, £0 currency debts and £3.75 currency plate.

  2. Born 07/05/1687 in Barbados. Married Ann Haughton (she born c. 1690 in Barbados). Died 1728 in Hanover, Jamaica. Father of Benjamin Harding (q.v.) of Blue Hole.
