John Gould MP

Biography

East India Co. director (as was his father) and husband of Mary Bulkeley, through whom his descendants came into possession of the Bulkeley estate on Barbados. His will proved 05/09/1740 which shows him as of Woodfordbridge Essex was silent on 'slave-property.'
