Richard Neave

Biography

A younger son of Sir Richard Neave 1st bart. (q.v.), who left him his interest in an as yet unidentified estate and enslaved people attached to it on St Vincent (which Sir Richard Neave said he had bought jointly with John Purling and Thomas Fitzhugh, each of whom q.v.) as tenant-for-life in his will proved in 1814. He died in 1858 of the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
