Mary Grignon

1. Tentatively identified as Mary, widow of Rev. James Grignon and mother of Mary Lawrence Grignon and William Stanford Grignon (both q.v.). Mary and James Grignon had six children baptised in St James, Jamaica: Mary Lawrence (1779), James (1780), James (1782), William Stanford (1784), Susanna (1786) and Margaret (1787). Mary Grignon of Compton Terrace was buried at St Mary, Islington, 18/03/1851 age 92 years. Her daughter Mary Lawrence Grignon of Compton Terrace was buried at St Mary, Islington, 22/01/1851 age 71.
