Biography

Under his will proved in 23/05/1817 [PROB 11/1592/442], William Rose gentleman of Bequia (q.v.) left the Union estate to William Rose, James Rose and their sister. The will does not further identify the three legatees, but it appears likely that they were the natural children of William Rose of Bequia.

  1. Will of William Rose planter of [Bequia] St Vincent proved 12/06/1839. The will does not refer to an estate or apprentices, but left his property to several children.
