Slave-owner on Barbados, dying in Cheltenham in 1844.

  1. Will of Joseph Moseley Piggott of [Barbados but at present residing in] Liverpool [made in 1841] proved 15/11/1844. He left an annuity of £200 p.a. to his wife Elizabeth Jane, charged on Fair View, £3000 currency to his daughters Elizabeth Moseley and £3000 currency in trust for his daughter Jemima. He left Fair View itself to his son Joseph Thomas Piggott.
