Biography

'Of the East Indies', almost certainly brother of Helen de Fitzjames (q.v.), and awardee with her trustee of the compensation for an award on St Thomas-in-the-East in Jamaica. His name appears in several variations, as George Richards Carmac as well as George Richard Carnac. His family however appears unconnected with John Carnac or Sir James Rivett Carnac of the East India Co.
