Awarded a share in the compensation for a claim in St. Ann, Jamaica, with Elizabeth Ann Lawrence, Frances Gordon Lawrence and Oswald Brodie Lawrence (all q.v.).
Very likely the son of William Whitehorne Lawrence of Lawrence Park, St Ann, Jamaica, which would make him the brother of Frances Gordon Lawrence and Oswald Brodie Lawrence, his co-claimants, but no record of a birth has been found. There was a William Whitehorne Lawrence who was Chairman of the London Credit Company Ltd which went into liquidation in 1872.
