Landscaping by Capability Brown for 'Sr. George Colebook Bart.' 'An extensive commission involving "several journeys" and the expenditure of £3,055 between 1762-8. Brown noted that he supplied a plan for the "great water menagerie". Part of the landscape remains, but the house is occupied by a school', Dorothy Stroud Capability Brown (London, 1975) p. 226.
