Woodcut End House, country house at Epsom, occurred by Rev. Martin Madan from 1780 onwards. 'About 1790 the original house was extended into the garden with a semicircular bay, thus providing a room on the ground floor with a wide bay-window, and doors with beaded panels and fluted architraves with rosettes at the comers. The room above corresponds and has the original door furniture with drop handles.' It is not clear whether it was Rev. Martin Madan or his heirs who remodelled the house.
