T71/866: claim for 158 enslaved persons. William Burnett and Catherine Forbes (a widow) were assignees of a mortgage or beneficially interested under an agreement from the mortgagee for £11,888 11s 2d. The original claim was from Robert Taylor, under an agreement with Joseph Delpratt.
T71/144 p. 295: enslaved persons registered on Mt Sinai estate by Simon Taylor, as attorney for the heirs of S. Delpratt (deceased).
