T71/865: claim from Simon Taylor, as owner-in-fee. Unsuccessful counterclaim from John Atkins and John Pelly Atkins, as judgement creditors for £1244 6s 7d. The Atkins counterclaimed on 31/08/1835; withdrew on 16/01/1836; annulled their withdrawal on 21/01/1836; then withdrew again on 08/03/1836.

T71/1593 p. 71: letter, dated 21/01/1836, to John Atkins re. annullment 'in consideration of the failure of Messrs Christie and Taylor & co to comply with the condition on which alone such withdrawal was based'.
