T71/898: claim from Geo Hewitt, as the attorney to Frances F. Jones; Rev. Hy Allen (deceased); and Mary J. [=L] Roberts, as joint owners-in-fee. Statement that 'Rev H. Allen decd by settlement made previous to his marriage conveyed assigned and settled all his interest in sd Estate and slaves unto Wm Archer and Ralph Allen Daniell the trustees thereof who claim to be entitled to receive 1/3rd of compensation upon the trust for sd settlement.'
