Partnership lately subsisting between Charles Brooke, William John Struth, Henry Brooke and Charles Struth of Sambrooke Court City of London West Indian merchants under the firm of Brooke Struth and Co., dissolved so far only as regards the said Charles Struth 01/08/1821.
In 1823, the partnership between Charles Brooke, Sir William John Struth and Henry Brooke, in the business of West India merchants, carried on in Sambrook Court under the firm of Brooke Struth & Company was dissolved 30/4/1823 with exit of Sir William John Struth.
