In his will proved in 1806 Joseph Barrow said he had become a partner with Isaac Baruch Lousada in Barrow & Lousada after the death of his brother Jacob, and had advanced £10,000 to the firm.


Firm Notes

  1. Jacob Barrow whose will was proved in 1798 was of Devonshire Square and must have been an early partner in the firm. He was succeed by his brother Joseph according to the latter's will.

  2. Retirement of David Lousada from Barrow & Lousada 1823, leaving Simon Barrow, Moses Baruch Lousada and Emanuel Lousada to continue.

  3. Dissolution of partnership of Simon Barrow, Moses Baruch Lousada and Emanuel Lousada 31/05/1823
