Notes

  1. Queens' Bay division (St Paul parish) Lot no. 11 was originally sold 19/03/1767 to William Todd; by 1773 the Present Proprietor was shown as Robert Young. Although Woodcock shows the Lot as forming part of the Invera estate, a 1798 indenture between James Mackintosh of Farr Invernesshire North Britain, Harriot Young of Grafton Street Fitzroy Square widow and relict of Robert Young late of the Crescent in the Minories City of London and Jacob Wilkinson of the City of London, defines Queen's Bay Lot no. 11 (300 acres) as the Rosebank cotton estate, and shows James Mackintosh as having purchased it from Robert Young in 1778.

This is possibly the estate continued as or joined into Inverawe, which was consolidated in its reporting with Argyle.
