Owner

'The Rev. Codrington Carrington, of Llangattock, is probably identical with the Codrington Carrington, owner of The Chapel, Barbados, whose daughter, Catherine, married Major Charles Frederick Napier, R.A. This supposition seems borne out by the fact that Henry Carrington (of Caius), Dean of Bocking, is described in his obituary notices as cousin of Lord Napier, of Magdala. (St John's Coll. Adm., IV; Eton Coll. Reg.)'

1809 [EA] - 1834 [LA] → Owner

The estate appears to have been settled on George Carrington as part of his marriage settlement with Anna Maria Parris in 1809.

1817 [EA] - 1826 [LA] → Attorney
