Rev Richard Wetherell died 22/01/1858, leaving issue by his first wife, Richard of Frant Sussex; Thomas; Nathan; Charles; Henry; William; Robert Alexander; Edward; Mary; Elizabeth; Caroline; Frances Ricarda; Eleanora; Charlotte.
