Absentee slave-owner in Jamaica, co-heir and probably daughter of David Milner, marrying Scrope Colquitt at St Marylebone in 1792 and dying of Liverpool c. 1838.

  1. Will of Frances Colquitt widow of [Scrope Colquitt] Walton near Liverpool proved 09/06/1838. She left £9000 among her five daughters and left other monetary legacies, neatly detailed, of just over £1000.
