Counterclaimed for '£5000 with a small arrears of interest' on the compensation for the Hoghole estate in Jamaica and the Kendal estate in Tobago. Her claim was admitted by her uncle James Berney Bourdieu (q.v.), but the award was subject to a Chancery suit.
