  1. John Small junior of St Vincent was listed as a subscriber to Charles Shephard's An Historical Account of the Island of Saint Vincent, published in 1832.

T71/892 St Vincent no. 553. The enslaved people were registered by Alexander Small for John Small in 1831 and 1834 (previously John Small had registered on his own behalf), implying that John Small might have been off the island but to date no trace of him has been found in Britain.
