Listed in Levy Book for St Joseph, 1793, as owning 17 enslaved.

William Francis Culpeper married Mary [Mercy] Alleyne Culpeper, his first cousin, in St John, Barbados, 06/11/1781. They had three children baptised in St Joseph: William Francis (1783-), Abel Alleyne (1785-) and Mercy Alleyne (1792-). He remarried, to Christian [Catherine] Ann Haynes, in St Joseph 02/04/1799. They had at least four children baptised in St Joseph: Benjamin Maloney (1802-1815), Alleyne Quintyne (1803-), Ann Haynes (1807-1807) and Robert James (1816-). Another son of his second marriage was George Pollard Culpeper, born c. 1806 and mentioned in the will of his mother's brother Robert James Haynes.
