Biography

Niece of Simon Taylor of Jamaica (q.v.), whose fortune she inherited after the death of her brother Sir Simon Richard Brissett Taylor (q.v.). Her husband George Watson Taylor (q.v.) squandered her fortune.

Will of Anna Susanna Watson Taylor [late of Erlestoke Park in Wiltshire but now] of Upper Eccleston Street Belgrave Square proved 19/03/1853. She left her younger children the amount provided to them under her marriage settlement of 1810 with George Watson, with the remainder of her estate to her eldest son Simon Watson Taylor.
