Biography

  1. Henrietta Camilla Jackson was born on 8 February 1808. She was the daughter of Hon. Robert Jackson and Susan Campbell. She married Captain Charles Jenkin and a son - Henry Charles Fleeming Jenkin. She died on 10 February 1885 at age 77.

  2. Living at Hunthill, Jedburgh, Scotland, in the census of 1841; at Stowting Hill House, Stowting in 1861; at 36 Bouverie Square, Folkestone in 1871; and 1 Merchiston Park, Edinburgh in 1881.

  3. Henrietta Camilla and her husband Charles Jenkin (Commander in the Royal Navy, second son of Charles Jenkin of Stowing Court) died within a few hours of each other in February 1885 and were buried in St Mary the Virgin Churchyard, Stowting, Kent.
