Peter Browne-Kelly, 2nd Earl of Altamont

Biography

Son of John Browne, 1st Earl of Altamont. Assumed the surname Kelly on his marriage to Elizabeth, only daughter of Dennis Kelly of Galway and Jamaica, 1752. Inherited Spring Garden and Lisduff estates in Galway and estates and enslaved people in Jamaica through his wife.
