John Reid, son of Henry Wisdom Gallimore and Mary Ann his wife, born 15/02/1771 and baptised 14/10/1775 in Trelawny, Jamaica on the same day as his sister Sarah Reid (later Scarlett).
John Reid Gallimore was named as a brother-in-law in the will of Charles Scarlett of St Ann, written in 1809 and proved in 1817.
Deceased by 1816; his widow Frances married Robert Mason 12/07/1827 in Stamford St Michael, Lincolnshire. She was the sister of James Parke and William Parke of the Thicketts.
