  1. Will of William Woodley Parson of Great Marlborough Street proved 07/08/1770. Under the will he left his entire estate to his wife Rachael, with provision for its division among his three sisters should his wife die before him. He provided that if his 'negroes' should be sold, then William Maxwell of Carriden (q.v.) should have first refusal.
