Henry Brouncker

1767 - 1825

Biography

Son of Henry Brouncker of St Christopher (q.v.) and Susanna nee Feuilleteau, later Susanna Stanley. He was a beneficiary of monetary legacies under the wills of both his parents, of 1769 and 1808 respectively. It is not yet clear whether he owned enslaved people.

  1. No will has yet been found for him. The Henry Brouncker of the Ceylon Civil Service whose will was proved 11/10/1825 was a minor (under 25) when he made his will and must have been the son or nephew of Henry Brounkcer b. 1767.
