Appears briefly as owner of Cross Hill in St George in 1817, and then appears to have sold most of the enslaved people to the Chancery Lane estate in St Andrew. Assumed to be the same Dugald Campbell who owned Waterhouse Estate in St Andrew, married to Dorothy Frances Campbell and father of Colin Campbell of Waterhouse (q.v.). Died in 1823.
