Slave-owner in Clarendon Jamaica. Dead by 1741. Married Mary Williams, daughter of Rowland Williams (died 1718) 02/08/1722. Elizabeth died November 1722 aged over 21 years and through his wife Smith gained ownership of Mears estate in Clarendon.
