Biography

  1. Will of Hon. George Scott Lt-Governor of Dominica [made in 1764] proved 19/10/1768. In the will he left his property at Grenada islands in trust to his brother Michael Scott for any heirs of George Scott, failing whom to Michael Scott and his heirs, subject to an annuity of £365 guineas p.a. to George's wife Abigail. He left his property in Nova Scotia to his brother Joseph. He left £1000 to his brother John of Jamaica and £1000 to his benefactor General Monkton.
