Comptroller of Customs of Barbados, accused with others of corruption by Robert Dinwiddie in 1743.

  1. Will of Arthur Upton of St Michael Barbados proved 27/10/1763. He left an enslaved woman named Judah to James Straker to pay the rents etc from Judah to Mary Everson for life and then to his grandson and residuary heir Upton Law.
